What started as a vision in the mountains of Idaho City became something we never could have fully imagined. Every beam, every copper roof, every hot tub filled with natural spring water — built by hand, built with intention, built because we believed that people deserved a place like this. There's just somethign about it - we've had over 15 proposals take place on our ranch.

In 1862, this valley filled with 6,000 people almost overnight — larger than Portland and Seattle combined — drawn by gold and the belief that something extraordinary was possible here. They built churches, courthouses, newspapers, and schools in the middle of a wilderness. That spirit never left.
